Print Production Coordinator/Estimator



Responsibilities:

-Coordinate the preparation of print advertisements

-Work with Account Services, Art Directors and Vendors to translate creative problems into technical solutions

-Establish quality standards and develop specifications for production-related projects

-Obtain cost estimates from outside vendors, printers or finishing companies

-Prepare cost estimates, review type or proofs for conformance to specifications

-Perform layout production

-Monitor vendor adherence to quality expectations and deadlines

-Attend press checks

-Evaluate current vendors and update them as needed

-Order paper and supervise project shipping schedules

-Perform P&L analyses to ensure that every project is within budget parameters





Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of related experience

-Great vendor procurement experience

-Excellent client management skills

-Knowledge of Word, Excel, inventory, development, design and project management software,

database software and contact management software, including FileMaker and Mac Operating System







Compensation: $60K - $75K based on experience
